Redhill Reserves started there life in the Suburban Premier with a unfortunate loss too last season's 3rd place finishers Corinthian.
The team played some great football with Corinthian struggling too deal with the pace of the Redhill forwards.
On 7 minutes though a Redhill defender got caught with the ball at his feet and the Corinthian striker quickly finished the chance.
A few minutes later with many chances being squandered by Redhill Tom Murch got his first goal of the season with a neat side footed finish in the far post.
Shortly after Redhill took the lead when Ziel Browne played in Keshon Mills-Whyte who at first seem to take a heavy touch but got to the ball before the Corinthian keeper to finish.
Corinthian took a quick short corner which was failed to be defended correctly and the striker finished at the near post.
Some neat play by the wide players of Corinthian led to there 3rd goal of the half when there left winger was played in and finished past Ashley Davey too the far post.
Just before the half time whistle Troy Williams scored a sublime right footed curling shot from outside the box.
3-3 half time.
Redhill started the second half slowly and where made too pay when on the counter attack Corinthians lively Striker scored there 4th with a toe poke just behind the advancing Ashley Davey.
Redhill where pushing for an equaliser with numerous shots from Samuel Marks, Keshon Mills Whyte and Troy Williams but the Cotham GK stood firm and on 90 mins Corinthian scored there 5th when the Redhill defender got caught with his mind in two places and the striker was left 1 on 1 with Ashley Davey and cooly finished.

This was an eye opener for us and shows we can compete in the asuburban Premier but little mistakes get punished at this level.
