Lobsters looking to forget league struggles and progress in the Surrey Cup.

Redhill make the 2 mile trip to Reigate on Tuesday evening, for a Surrey Cup tie against neighbours South Park. The Lobsters have had a poor start to the new season in the league, but will hope to cause a cup upset at Whitehall Lane.

It's a big week for Barry Wilde's Reds with two big cup outings, after South Park the Lobsters travel down to the Sussex coast on Saturday in the FA Vase when they take on Mile Oak. Redhill will hope some cup success leads to an upturn in league form.

Saturday saw the Lobsters go down to a heavy home defeat as Southall won 5-0 at Kiln Brow. The Reds never got going and could thank goalkeeper Jack Minchin for making a string of fine saves to keep the score down to five.

Barry Wilde will hope to have some players back in the squad for the next few games, with Raynes Park Vale on the horizon after the double header of Cup games.

It wasn't a great weekend for the Reds senior sides as the reserves went down at a very strong Met Police side in the league cup, the higher league side running out 6-2 winners after the Reds had led 2-0.

There was better news for the Sunday U18s as they won 6-0 at Sheen Lions in the Surrey Youth Premier Division.
