Redhill are still unbeaten away from home in the Premier South after Tuesday night's entertaining 2-2 draw against AFC Croydon Athletic at Mayfield Stadium.

The fast-improving Rams, who had notched 13 goals in their previous two league matches, took the lead in a whirlwind start. Brandon Pierrick tapped home at the far post after Louie Theophanous's shot had been deflected into his path and Redhill had to resort to some last-ditch defending to keep their goal intact after that.

But on the half hour Tyrese Sutherland fashioned a sublime equaliser for the Lobsters, beating two defenders at close quarters before blasting a 30-yarder that flew in just under the angle of post and bar.

Sutherland made it 2-1 to the visitors with a scuffed right-footer that fooled 'keeper David Boorer four minutes into the second half but the Rams were quickly level with Theophanous's fierce cross-shot from the right. Then there was more end-to-end play as Andrew Demby and Sutherland had goal-bound shots blocked and Pierrick struck a post for the home side.

It was Redhill's first draw in 19 competitive fixtures this season.
