16-18 Academy Programme for 2025/26

Combine full-time Academy Football with full-time College Education

Redhill Football Club have partnered with East Surrey College to provide two unique opportunities for talented 16-18 year olds:

Academy Football + BTEC Level 2 First Certificate in Sport (1 year)

or

Academy Football + BTEC Level 3 in Sporting Performance & Excellence (2 years)

Programme Features

• Play in the local Academy Leagues against local clubs and academies
• Training and coaching provided by experienced EUFA-qualified club coaches
• College gym sessions to improve strength and coinditioning
• No Joining Fees for the first 20 applicants accepted for each course
• No Fees for our Academy-branded training and casual wear
• Combine study hours at the College with training sessions at the Club each day
• Opportunities to join our Club U-18s squad in the mid-week floodlit leagues and FA Youth Cup

This programme is specifically designed to integrate club football with college life to provide the best of both worlds.
