Saturdays fixture was at times a nervy affair with so much at stake but Manager Alex Peters has instilled a 'win' mentality into his side which eventually saw them through. The only gaurantee of the title was to win both remaining games and Erith were first up and to their credit looked an impressive outfit but by the time half time arrived Redhill were 2-0 to the good and the points seemed in the bag.
The second half however proved to be far more tence though as the visitors came back stronly and once they had reduced the defesit things really did feel tence but with a goodish crowd behind them Redhill saw the game out to pick up the vital points with a fine 2-1 win.
Chessington are up next with this final game being played on Thursday night at Chessington and a win would see the Lobsters crowned as Champions - COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!
